What Arrive Pilates & Yoga clients are saying
- Rebecca. S
“I can’t believe how my body has changed. I am more comfortable in my body. While I have experienced many gains within the class, I really notice the change in my body in my day-to-day life. I am much more open and move freely.
-Janna. A
“Sydney takes the time to ensure proper form and safe movement while still challenging you in a positive and encouraging way. The environment feels very supportive and welcoming, and I never feel judged or overwhelmed, which has made it much easier to stay consistent. .”
“My core felt particularly weak after pregnancies, and exercise felt intimidating because I wasn’t sure how to start safely.”
- Tyson
“I feel like I’m improving everything - not just the part of me I was seeking to fix. So many aspects of my life have improved from pilates. I’m building muscles I didn’t even know I had.”
“I’d done Pilates at other studios but never felt fully confident that I was doing the movements correctly.
For anyone who genuinely wants to learn how to move well. Especially if you care about building strength safely, and working with an instructor who is both deeply knowledgeable and genuinely attentive.”
-Nadine. S
“I am an older woman in my early 60's
and I would recommend these classes to anyone
wanting to improve their overall strength,
mobility and confidence.
Sydney is committed to helping at whatever
stage you are at.”
-Ally. A
“Before I started, I was managing scoliosis along with chronic pain, plus balance and mobility challenges. Sydney clearly knows what she’s doing, and she’s able to adjust and modify movements immediately when something isn’t working for my body. I feel supported and understood, not pushed through a generic routine”
